YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP

The Department of Justice claims that Americans cannot sue regarding warrantless wiretapping because they cannot prove they are being monitored.  They cannot prove they are being monitored because the information is kept secret by Department of Justice.   (link)
